"My dear companions,
We are about to complete one of the most difficult periods of our lives.
Ourselves, all our environment and loved ones are tested with their health.
I would like to thank our country, city and company officials who have contributed significantly to our survival of this difficult period without any major problems.
We were very pleased to see how beneficial the "refreshment" decision we made as the Board of Motus in 2019 has yielded.
I cannot thank our employees, our dealers and our stakeholders, who have made significant contributions in protecting the health, financial assets, brand value and corporate image of our company's employees in every issue, day and night.
In this pandemic caused by the corona virus, our company was dynamically led to this critical and unique process, with the leadership of our Company's Chief Executive Officer Mr. Hüsamettin Ecevitci, the health measures taken by our Health Board, the economic measures taken by our "Economy Board", and the decisions taken by our "Crisis committee", and its predictive and proactive management style dynamically. We have survived.
As the 'Motus Family', which is one of the leading institutions of our country in its sector, we will continue to serve both our country and our people and to fulfill our responsibilities from now on.
Now, we are moving to a different business world called "New Normal", where science and technology is used more intensively.
As the Motus family, we are transitioning to the “change” process with the experiences gained while overcoming the unique conditions of the crisis environment.
It is our primary duty to carry out the management of change in this new normal order in its own dynamics without compromising on the development and continuation of new technological practices in this period.
Keeping up with these new working conditions, being open to personal development and vision change has become a must for all of us.
My beliefs and feelings that our colleagues will successfully complete the change process also tell me that we will run to greater goals and shape our vision of 'Global Motus' together.
We want to revise our vision of transformation as 'Global Motus' with the positive contribution we receive from our employees who are open to change and who have high motivation.
I trust all our employees and stakeholders in this challenging and at the same time exciting process.
I have no doubt that we will proceed to the future confidently with this confidence.
I would like to thank all of our employees who regard the Motus family as their own family, who have a sincere sense of belonging, and keep their morale high.
